Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Furlyhaus products. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

How to Return

• Contact us at hello@furlyhaus.com with your order number and reason.
• We will review your request and provide next steps, including a return address and instructions.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused (where applicable), in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away with photos or video. We’ll arrange a full refund or free replacement (including original shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used replacement filters
• Any item that has come in contact with water or been used with a pet

Change of Mind Returns Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same eligibility rules above.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
