At Furlyhaus, we stand behind our products. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

• Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: Full refund or free replacement (including original shipping). Send us a photo/video of the issue and we'll make it right quickly.
• Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Replacement Filters & Opened Items: Non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
• Refund Processing: Most refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
